The authenticity of a food product is determined by the degree of match it establishes between ingredients present and ingredients labelled. With increasing number of nutritional products available at user’s disposal; the consumers are increasingly interested to know the constituents in the products they consume, along with its origin, processes undergone and other such factors that may have a direct impact on their health.
