Endocrine Disruptor Testing

Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDC) are substances present in our food, environment or consumer products that interfere with normal hormone functions. These may be a result of discharge of untreated industrial waste, incessant use of agrochemicals, air pollution, and many more. Over a period of time, these have been an increasing concern as they have resulted in several adverse health effects and have become a contaminant of emerging concern. In recent years, many legislations have been implemented in order to regulate the potential impact of EDC.
